Entretien
I submitted my application online and uploaded my resume and cover letter to begin the process. After the company received my application, they contacted me with the opportunity to interview online. I was given five days to complete the online interview. It was suggested that I dress for an actual interview. The process took time as I needed to dedicate attention to my hair, makeup, suit, as well as the interview area where I would "go live". It was important to have my cell phone turned off, make sure there was a note on my front door indicating I was in a meeting and not to use the doorbell and please come back later. It was difficult to get the lighting correct in my house. I used facetime with family members prior to the interview to ask for their opinion of the area where I set up the interview. I had only done one interview in this style previously so perhaps it took longer than it should have to get prepared. My suggestion would be to prepare for this type of interview before it needs to happen.

Entretien
First, you have to apply it and submit your application on United website when the flight attendant opposition is opening.
Then, you will get an assessment, kinda like a personality test.
Second, you will be invited to a virtual interview. basically, you need to answer 8 questions and record your answers. You have 3 attempts to record it.
Completed the assessment and attended the optional Q&A teams meeting , I am now awaiting the virtual face to face . It’s been almost a month of waiting however in the Q&A meeting they mentioned that it can take some time possibly towards the end of summer .
It started with the Assessment, followed by 8 video questions, and then the video interview. The in person final interview I am waiting for. They said I would know in 2-5 business days.
