Sooo..where do I begin
You apply online..it's a very lengthy application..i have over 10 years customer service experience, so it took a while .
2cnd: you're invited to an online interview where you talk to a computer and answer customer service related questions..you can find them all on this website
3rd: if you are lucky you will be invited to a F2F interview in a city of their choice. Hotel+meals+transport are out of your own pocket.
4th: You attend the interview.. (get there early)..they will call you up one by one for your resume and confirm your flight home..you sit through a presentation and and Q and A, then one by one you are pulled out for an interview with a senior flight attendant. Make sure you have at least three copies of your resume and a letter of recommendation.
5th: Second phase of the interview, you are then placed with a group of applicants who made the cut in a small room..then pulled out to meet with "HR" which comprises of two employees who ask you a situational question or they give you a "that's all we need from you, thanks, enjoy your trip home."
I did not get a job offer..
All I can say is for you hopefuls out there:
I'm a certified paramedic
10+ years of customer service experience
I'm tall and blonde
I'm one of the nicest people you will ever meet
I'm a people person
If you don't speak a foreign language..they will pick them over you..I guess it's the luck of the draw and who you are up against at your interview.
Everyone from the staff at the interview to the candidates are very nice..but I honestly feel like it was a waste of my time.
Then they have the audacity to say "try again in 6 months"..yea right..like you would throw away the past 6 months of hard work that you've done to better your life to work for their company when they farted on you in the first place.. TBNT
XOXOXO
Good luck to all you hopefuls.

First, you have to apply it and submit your application on United website when the flight attendant opposition is opening.
Then, you will get an assessment, kinda like a personality test.
Second, you will be invited to a virtual interview. basically, you need to answer 8 questions and record your answers. You have 3 attempts to record it.
Completed the assessment and attended the optional Q&A teams meeting , I am now awaiting the virtual face to face . It’s been almost a month of waiting however in the Q&A meeting they mentioned that it can take some time possibly towards the end of summer .
It started with the Assessment, followed by 8 video questions, and then the video interview. The in person final interview I am waiting for. They said I would know in 2-5 business days.
