The video interview is pretty awkward so make sure you prepare plenty of real-life scenarios to talk about and stress customer service. They're looking for people with hospitality and customer service passion, so sell yourself! Make sure you look the part - dress like a flight attendant, wear conservative makeup, and look up flight attendant tutorials on YouTube to get hair style ideas. For the face to face interview, practice reading out loud because you will be asked to read an inflight announcement and don't be nervous! It feels like a casual conversation with a friend as opposed to an interview where you're being grilled. Practice scenarios that a flight attendant may face because you will be asked how to handle hypothetical situations. Be sure you are willing to relocate to any United hubs and think about what relicating means financially. Be yourself, mingle with other interviewees, and have fun! I was offered the job that day after completing a 1:1 and 2:1 interview. I then was sent to drug test before my flight home. All the questions previously listed are incredibly helpful in preparing though they were not the exact ones I was asked.

First, you have to apply it and submit your application on United website when the flight attendant opposition is opening.
Then, you will get an assessment, kinda like a personality test.
Second, you will be invited to a virtual interview. basically, you need to answer 8 questions and record your answers. You have 3 attempts to record it.
Completed the assessment and attended the optional Q&A teams meeting , I am now awaiting the virtual face to face . It’s been almost a month of waiting however in the Q&A meeting they mentioned that it can take some time possibly towards the end of summer .
It started with the Assessment, followed by 8 video questions, and then the video interview. The in person final interview I am waiting for. They said I would know in 2-5 business days.
