I applied for a position at United Airlines on Devember 29, 2015. The following day they emailed me saying they reviewed my application & we're in the process of forwarding it to in flight services recruiting to be reviewed. On January 2, 2016 I received an email inviting me to complete the online interview process & was given five days to do so & as of yesterday January 4, 2016 I completed the online interview & I'm waiting to hear back staying positive I felt great after taking the online interview the questions are the same that others have posted study them & add in ways and examples of customer service & be calm relaxed but most importantly be yourself I'm still early in this whole process but I'm hoping all goes well.

I passed the process until the virtual interview where I received the tbnt 2 days later I wish they could give us some tips about the things we should improve or reasons for not being chosen, I would love to improve myself on whatever the reason for not passing but overall a really good interview
Completed the assessment and attended the optional Q&A teams meeting , I am now awaiting the virtual face to face . It’s been almost a month of waiting however in the Q&A meeting they mentioned that it can take some time possibly towards the end of summer .

First, you have to apply it and submit your application on United website when the flight attendant opposition is opening.
Then, you will get an assessment, kinda like a personality test.
Second, you will be invited to a virtual interview. basically, you need to answer 8 questions and record your answers. You have 3 attempts to record it.
