I applied online for Flight Attendant position in the United Airlines. And on next day I had invitation to complete a video interview during next 5 days. On my video interview I had six questions. They give you time for prepare it is 30 seconds and then you can answer on question during 3 minutes. Between questions you will be have time too. I did my video interview and I waiting answer from United Airlines now.

First, you have to apply it and submit your application on United website when the flight attendant opposition is opening. Then, you will get an assessment, kinda like a personality test. Second, you will be invited to a virtual interview. basically, you need to answer 8 questions and record your answers. You have 3 attempts to record it.
