I applied online at United. 3 days later I received an email asking that I complete the video-interview within 5 days. I prepped for it and did the interview on the 5th day. I recommend using the practice questions several times to get comfortable and confirm sound and lighting is what you want. It took a week before I received an email inviting me to schedule my F2F interview. I am scheduled for SFO on Oct 22nd. Anyone else scheduled same date/loc? Btw, if you can schedule the interview in Houston or Chicago - hotels cost significantly less! :-)

First, you have to apply it and submit your application on United website when the flight attendant opposition is opening.
Then, you will get an assessment, kinda like a personality test.
Second, you will be invited to a virtual interview. basically, you need to answer 8 questions and record your answers. You have 3 attempts to record it.
Completed the assessment and attended the optional Q&A teams meeting , I am now awaiting the virtual face to face . It’s been almost a month of waiting however in the Q&A meeting they mentioned that it can take some time possibly towards the end of summer .

Did the assessment, completed some tax survey, submitted odvi, got invited to the virtual interview with recruiter Friday so hopefully I do well and forward with the f2f and ultimately end up with a cjo
