You applied online and then you receive a email inviting you to do a video interview. I believe it only took me one day to receive the invitation to the video interview. You are given 5 days to complete your interview. I read all the reviews here in glassdoor and everything explain on here was pretty accurate. I did prepare myself but was taken off guard during the interview as it was pretty intimating and intense. Unfortunately I didn't get invited to the one on one interview.

Entretien
First, you have to apply it and submit your application on United website when the flight attendant opposition is opening.
Then, you will get an assessment, kinda like a personality test.
Second, you will be invited to a virtual interview. basically, you need to answer 8 questions and record your answers. You have 3 attempts to record it.
Completed the assessment and attended the optional Q&A teams meeting , I am now awaiting the virtual face to face . It’s been almost a month of waiting however in the Q&A meeting they mentioned that it can take some time possibly towards the end of summer .
It started with the Assessment, followed by 8 video questions, and then the video interview. The in person final interview I am waiting for. They said I would know in 2-5 business days.
