I submitted online via the website on a Friday afternoon. Got an invitation to a video interview on Wednesday. Submitted video interview over weekend and received invitation to in-person interview the Wednesday after that. Questions in video interview were the ones listed here on glassdoor. It was a little awkward talking to the camera at first. I would recommend turning off the view so you are no watching yourself. This will help you be less self-conscious and probably show you off better.

First, you have to apply it and submit your application on United website when the flight attendant opposition is opening.
Then, you will get an assessment, kinda like a personality test.
Second, you will be invited to a virtual interview. basically, you need to answer 8 questions and record your answers. You have 3 attempts to record it.
Completed the assessment and attended the optional Q&A teams meeting , I am now awaiting the virtual face to face . It’s been almost a month of waiting however in the Q&A meeting they mentioned that it can take some time possibly towards the end of summer .

Did the assessment, completed some tax survey, submitted odvi, got invited to the virtual interview with recruiter Friday so hopefully I do well and forward with the f2f and ultimately end up with a cjo
