Standard process. Phone screen then video interview . Happened rather quickly, however they ghosted me after interviews which wasn’t surprising as the director I meet with was late to the call and her excuse was she didn’t know this interview was happening. Which was a great feeling. She was completely distracted during the whole interview and couldn’t really answer any of my questions.
