Indifferent. They will put you into a testing room expecting you to know as much basic as possible but I didn’t make it past all of them. This interview system of theirs is geared to people who already have general mechanical experience in the mechanical/maintenance field. Unfortunately I don’t fall in that category which is why I didn’t make it past the testing phase. I did excel in the conversational interview. They asked questions and eased my nerves.
