Well it was interesting to say the least. I made it to the F2F to be turned down based on my height. They made me take my shoes off to do the reach test. I am 5’2”. That is what “disqualified” me. I noticed the older ppl were going in to interview last. They do offer CJO on the spot. Let’s see what else. I am a little sad but i understand it is a safety issue with my height. Not a horrible experience but I noticed the recruiters are definitely looking at you up and down. Make sure to be approachable and friendly.

Entretien
First, you have to apply it and submit your application on United website when the flight attendant opposition is opening.
Then, you will get an assessment, kinda like a personality test.
Second, you will be invited to a virtual interview. basically, you need to answer 8 questions and record your answers. You have 3 attempts to record it.
Completed the assessment and attended the optional Q&A teams meeting , I am now awaiting the virtual face to face . It’s been almost a month of waiting however in the Q&A meeting they mentioned that it can take some time possibly towards the end of summer .

Did the assessment, completed some tax survey, submitted odvi, got invited to the virtual interview with recruiter Friday so hopefully I do well and forward with the f2f and ultimately end up with a cjo
