J'ai postulé en ligne. Le processus a pris plus d'une semaine. J'ai passé un entretien chez United Airlines (San Francisco, CA) en juill. 2015

      Entretien

On July 6, 2015, I applied online for United Airlines. After submitting the application it prompted me to answer questions. On the same day, I then received an email informing me that I had made it to the next step in the hiring process. The email told me that I would have five days to complete a video interview. On the third day, I completed the HireVue webcam interview. At this time I clicked on the link in my email in which took me to the website to take the interview. They will give you sample questions and you can practice for however long you want. Be aware that the questions you practice are not the same questions that will be asked. After you feel comfortable, click on the link to start your interview. My interview consisted of six questions. On July 10, 2015, I was sent a email inviting me to a group interview in San Francisco. I called in on July 13 to schedule the interview for July 20. If the airport was not with in four hours of you they would get you a flight to the interview. Prior to this interview, I researched this site to figure out all the possible interview sessions they could have. On the 20th, the group interview session started at 8:30 am. I wore a white button up, a black skirt, a black blazer, short black heels, and opaque stockings. I also had my hair in a perfect low bun and hair sprayed. I wore pearl earrings and a pearl necklace and a Michael Kors watch (tortoise shell style). Make sure you are at least an hour early. I interviewed at SFO, in the business center, in which you have to take an employee bus to. When I arrived I entered the room and there were 19 other people. There were other current flight attendants coming in and out of the room. I started engaging in light conversation and smiling. They want to see that you can communicate with many different people. After everyone arrived they called us back to sign in and get a name badge. We then sat back down and a flight attendant gave us a power point on a bunch of other information regarding United Airlines. After all the flight attendants left. While doing this the other flight attendants would call us one by one to interview us. I was eventually called back to interview with a flight attendant. The flight attendant took me back to a room with a bunch of cubicles. There were several other people in other cubicles interviewing at the same time. The interview started with the flight attendant asking me to read over an announcement then to read it out loud to her. Then she began with the behavioral questions. To make sure you are successful use the STAR answering process. The flight attendant asked me six of these questions. She asked me if there was anything else I would like to talk about that wasn't on my resume. After this she asked me if I had any questions for her. I asked a bunch of questions about her like where was she from and why did she decide to be a flight attendant. She took me to another room in which there were 3 other interviewees. We were waiting for our final interview! After a short period of time they called us one at a time to interview with the senior flight attendant and the manager. In this interview they asked me to tell them about myself. We acted out what I would do if a passenger wouldn't put away his laptop. Talk about a time I had to deal with a difficult customer. They then told me to sit outside for 5 minutes while they decided. I came back in and they offered me a CJO! (: I then had my passport photocopied and give directions to take a drug test at the SFO medical center. I filled out info at the clinic and peed in a cup. I then saw an email for training at Houston, Texas.

First, you have to apply it and submit your application on United website when the flight attendant opposition is opening. Then, you will get an assessment, kinda like a personality test. Second, you will be invited to a virtual interview. basically, you need to answer 8 questions and record your answers. You have 3 attempts to record it.
