My interview was in San Francisco. I applied online and received an email invitation to a video interview and was given five days to complete it. It's a little awkward because you are basically talking to yourself on screen. About a week after submitting my video interview, they invited me to a group interview at SFO. I suggest getting there at least an hour early and to have a letter of recommendation. I studied all of the questions on this website and filled a notebook full of how I would answer. I was close enough to San Francisco that I didn't need to fly in. My interview was at 8:30 am so I stayed up all night studying and got a ride to the city at 4 am. I got there at 7:30 but needed to print an extra copy and wore shoes that blistered my feet badly ten minutes into getting there so I ended up getting to the shuttle around 8 and the business center a few minutes later. Upon entrance, I took the elevator to the mezanine level and met waited for a moment until a friendly flight attendant came and walked me to a classroom where there were already about 20 people waiting. I sat next to a friendly face from the bus and started chatting because of what I read on this website about them watching if you're social. They showed a very short video and then went over some guidelines and answered questions. We were brought out one by one by four different recruiters. Mine was harsh but kept a smile on her face. I had studied all of these questions and they are the ones she asked me but even though I had studied I froze up. I suggest practicing not just by writing answers but doing practice interviews with a friend or family member. She walked me to the elevator and said thank you and goodbye, that they would email me in a week. I knew from this website that I hadn't gotten it. Overall, a really nice experience though. Friendly and professional. I just couldn't have practiced enough, I learned a lot from the interview. Using the internet to help with answers is not a good idea, any customer service story from the internet that I had used she saw right through and asked more questions. Make your answers unique, have poise and a smile on your face throughout. Don't let them know you are nervous.

First, you have to apply it and submit your application on United website when the flight attendant opposition is opening. Then, you will get an assessment, kinda like a personality test. Second, you will be invited to a virtual interview. basically, you need to answer 8 questions and record your answers. You have 3 attempts to record it.
