The entire process went fairly quickly. I applied and was offered a video interview within a week and then shortly after invited to schedule a fave to face. I arrived the day before because my interview was early the next morning. Make sure you are on time!!! We were greeted and briefed then left alone to be called back individually for our interviews. I was one of the last few to go back and had about 25 min interview with someone and was then asked to wait in a separate room to speak with the management team. The initial 1:1 went very smoothly and they make you feel comfortable when giving your answers. Try to give genuine and relevant past experiences and emphasize on customer service and flexibility. I was then walked over to another room and asked more questions and offered a position on the spot. Smile be confident, look the part, and relax! Good luck

First, you have to apply it and submit your application on United website when the flight attendant opposition is opening.
Then, you will get an assessment, kinda like a personality test.
Second, you will be invited to a virtual interview. basically, you need to answer 8 questions and record your answers. You have 3 attempts to record it.
Completed the assessment and attended the optional Q&A teams meeting , I am now awaiting the virtual face to face . It’s been almost a month of waiting however in the Q&A meeting they mentioned that it can take some time possibly towards the end of summer .
