Applied online and received an email the next day saying I was invited to for online interview. I completed the interview 2 days later, and have yet to hear anything 3 weeks later. Hopefully there are just a lot of applicants! It was nerve wracking and you couldn't review your responses, but You can practice as much as you like. I saw every questions I got on glass door before the interview!

First, you have to apply it and submit your application on United website when the flight attendant opposition is opening.
Then, you will get an assessment, kinda like a personality test.
Second, you will be invited to a virtual interview. basically, you need to answer 8 questions and record your answers. You have 3 attempts to record it.
Completed the assessment and attended the optional Q&A teams meeting , I am now awaiting the virtual face to face . It’s been almost a month of waiting however in the Q&A meeting they mentioned that it can take some time possibly towards the end of summer .
It started with the Assessment, followed by 8 video questions, and then the video interview. The in person final interview I am waiting for. They said I would know in 2-5 business days.
