J'ai postulé en personne. Le processus a pris 4 semaines. J'ai passé un entretien chez United Airlines (Houston, TX) en avr. 2015
Entretien
United flew me to Houston for an interview. I had to put myself up in a hotel then went to the interview in the morning. There were about 50 other candidates there. We had a 30 minute informational session then a 5 minute face to face. I was sent home and got my thanks but no thanks letter shortly after. The only person I met who got a job offer had a letter of recommendation from a current flight attendant.

First, you have to apply it and submit your application on United website when the flight attendant opposition is opening.
Then, you will get an assessment, kinda like a personality test.
Second, you will be invited to a virtual interview. basically, you need to answer 8 questions and record your answers. You have 3 attempts to record it.
Completed the assessment and attended the optional Q&A teams meeting , I am now awaiting the virtual face to face . It’s been almost a month of waiting however in the Q&A meeting they mentioned that it can take some time possibly towards the end of summer .
It started with the Assessment, followed by 8 video questions, and then the video interview. The in person final interview I am waiting for. They said I would know in 2-5 business days.
