J'ai postulé en ligne. J'ai passé un entretien chez United Airlines (Houston, TX) en avr. 2015
Entretien
My interview lasted probably about 10-20 minutes. There was only 16 of us, only 11 of us showed up. First, she she said, I see you have been in customer service for a long time, and then promptly asked me to read an announcement basically asking for the passengers to fill out customs forms. She was a really nice lady. She said she would email me within 5-7 days. Only one person was hired on the spot and he needed to be because a majority of his life was being a FA.

Question 1
Steps you will take to ensure you are successful at training
It started with the Assessment, followed by 8 video questions, and then the video interview. The in person final interview I am waiting for. They said I would know in 2-5 business days.
Its a multi-step interview process. First a resume submission and a questionnaire, then a pre-recorded interview with a few questions. I was asked this during the pre-recorded interview. Waiting for my live virtual interview!
