Interview was held 4/20/2015 in Houston Texas.
We had a very large group of candidates which is why we only had on interview.
There was an overview of the position and the airline.
There are sending eveyone to SFO.
Than there was one on one interviews.

What is a misconception that customers may have of you?
They will put you in a scenerio, as a FA and request your reaction.
What challenges do you think a FA may encounter?

Entretien
First, you have to apply it and submit your application on United website when the flight attendant opposition is opening.
Then, you will get an assessment, kinda like a personality test.
Second, you will be invited to a virtual interview. basically, you need to answer 8 questions and record your answers. You have 3 attempts to record it.
Completed the assessment and attended the optional Q&A teams meeting , I am now awaiting the virtual face to face . It’s been almost a month of waiting however in the Q&A meeting they mentioned that it can take some time possibly towards the end of summer .
It started with the Assessment, followed by 8 video questions, and then the video interview. The in person final interview I am waiting for. They said I would know in 2-5 business days.
