It was really a good interview process they had or it was just that I applied for the special event. They had flown me in from Atlanta then interviewed the next day. It was easy and painless they were doing a good job at selecting the good people all though I didn't get it I don't feel bad. At least now i know how should i be the next time.

First, you have to apply it and submit your application on United website when the flight attendant opposition is opening. Then, you will get an assessment, kinda like a personality test. Second, you will be invited to a virtual interview. basically, you need to answer 8 questions and record your answers. You have 3 attempts to record it.
