United will send out an email inviting you to the group interview. They then fly you out to Houston. You arrive to interview early in the morning and sign in. They close doors promptly at 9am, once all of the 100+ applicants have arrived (do not be late!!). They then discuss the job position to the group and start calling people in one by one for individual interview. You then are asked basic interview questions and asked to read a pre-flight paragraph. You then have time to ask questions. If they tell you they will email you in 5-7 days, that unfortunatly means that you did not get the job :( If they like you they will give you a second interview that day.

Then, you will get an assessment, kinda like a personality test.
Second, you will be invited to a virtual interview. basically, you need to answer 8 questions and record your answers. You have 3 attempts to record it.
Completed the assessment and attended the optional Q&A teams meeting , I am now awaiting the virtual face to face . It’s been almost a month of waiting however in the Q&A meeting they mentioned that it can take some time possibly towards the end of summer .
