United Airlines Flight Attendant interview in Houston, TX in early January to start at 9 AM. I recommend you arrive at LEAST 30 min early to socialize and be prepared for early sign in. When asked, sign in with United staff and provide resume and any letters of recommendation at back of conference room while also receiving name sticker. Listen to short introduction and basic United flight attendant job information before having Q&A while waiting for name to be called for 1 on 1 questions with current United flight attendants. I only made it through the first 1 on 1 before being told to wait for shuttle to go back to airport and that I would be contacted within 5 days via email. Very relaxed "interview" and just answered basic questions about resume, past jobs and reasons for leaving. Attempted to get an earlier flight home since I was at the airport by 10:30 AM however still had to wait for 6:30 PM flight. Uhg. Long day at the airport. Spent several hours with other flight attendant applicants who also only had one session before going back to airport - one girl fluent in 3 languages. Not sure what United was looking for but I met several highly qualified and genuinely great people who also did not get offered any positions on the spot. I suggest just being very friendly and attempting to find a common interest with the interviewing flight attendant. Perhaps show a real interest in something they say about themselves without seeming to pry too much, almost as though they were a customer on a flight that you were showing interest in.

Completed the assessment and attended the optional Q&A teams meeting , I am now awaiting the virtual face to face . It’s been almost a month of waiting however in the Q&A meeting they mentioned that it can take some time possibly towards the end of summer .

First, you have to apply it and submit your application on United website when the flight attendant opposition is opening.
Then, you will get an assessment, kinda like a personality test.
Second, you will be invited to a virtual interview. basically, you need to answer 8 questions and record your answers. You have 3 attempts to record it.
