The interview process was a bit overwhelming but I felt like it was a great experience. They had three interviews and the last one was a panel. The first interview was simple. Just your standard questions about your past jobs and what makes you suited for the job. The second interview was more in depth. It was all based on past situations. Ex: Tell me of a situation where you saw a coworker doing something harmful. The third interview was to make sure you were ok with everything they were offering you.
Everyone was super friendly. It wasn't hard to be social. The advice I would give is just have fun and be personable. They are looking for friendly people that have good work ethic. Just smile and treat them like you would your favorite customer.

First, you have to apply it and submit your application on United website when the flight attendant opposition is opening.
Then, you will get an assessment, kinda like a personality test.
Second, you will be invited to a virtual interview. basically, you need to answer 8 questions and record your answers. You have 3 attempts to record it.
Completed the assessment and attended the optional Q&A teams meeting , I am now awaiting the virtual face to face . It’s been almost a month of waiting however in the Q&A meeting they mentioned that it can take some time possibly towards the end of summer .
It started with the Assessment, followed by 8 video questions, and then the video interview. The in person final interview I am waiting for. They said I would know in 2-5 business days.
