I applied online on November 2017 and was invited to do a one way video interview about a week later.
After I submitted my videos I got an email offering a face to face interview in Houston about a few days later.
My interview was schedulged end of December 2017. Once in Houston, I did 3 differents interview including a language test.
then 10 days later, I received an email saying :
"Thank you for taking the time to meet with us to discuss your qualifications and interest in United Airlines and the flight attendant position. We are continuing to evaluate our hiring requirements for 2018 and your application will remain open for consideration. We will contact you if further information is required.
We understand that you may choose to pursue other opportunities. Please contact us if you wish to be removed from further consideration."
Is that a way to say no? I am confused ... its either a yes or no.. My application is still under review 1 month after the F2F

First, you have to apply it and submit your application on United website when the flight attendant opposition is opening.
Then, you will get an assessment, kinda like a personality test.
Second, you will be invited to a virtual interview. basically, you need to answer 8 questions and record your answers. You have 3 attempts to record it.
Completed the assessment and attended the optional Q&A teams meeting , I am now awaiting the virtual face to face . It’s been almost a month of waiting however in the Q&A meeting they mentioned that it can take some time possibly towards the end of summer .
It started with the Assessment, followed by 8 video questions, and then the video interview. The in person final interview I am waiting for. They said I would know in 2-5 business days.
