Entretien
We flew in to Houston. Basic questions: describe a difficult with a co-worker and how you solved...the interview process was pretty fast, they take you in a booth and ask you questions. If the interviewer likes you, you have another shot, if not, you are sent home.

Most difficult to me was trying to understand what are they looking for....you have the experience, the ability to speak other languages and personal appearance...everyone however is nervous...the main thing is how you empathize with the interviewer.

Entretien
First, you have to apply it and submit your application on United website when the flight attendant opposition is opening.
Then, you will get an assessment, kinda like a personality test.
Second, you will be invited to a virtual interview. basically, you need to answer 8 questions and record your answers. You have 3 attempts to record it.
Completed the assessment and attended the optional Q&A teams meeting , I am now awaiting the virtual face to face . It’s been almost a month of waiting however in the Q&A meeting they mentioned that it can take some time possibly towards the end of summer .
It started with the Assessment, followed by 8 video questions, and then the video interview. The in person final interview I am waiting for. They said I would know in 2-5 business days.
