J'ai postulé en ligne. Le processus a pris 7 mois. J'ai passé un entretien chez United Airlines (Houston, TX) en juin 2012
Entretien
United and Continentals Flight Attendants have not yet merged as the company has so my interview was for Continentals flight attendants. I applied in November of 2011 and did not hear from them until June 2012. They flew me to Houston and in a room of about 70 they did a general briefing then one on one interviews. There were only about 8 staff doing interviews so everyone just had to wait. I think they were calling people based on what time their returning flight was. The interview was basic general questions they ask everywhere. If they like you you are asked to return after the break, if not its back home you go.
Questions d'entretien [1]
Question 1
The questions were pretty basic, Finish this statement "I really hate when a custumer does..."

First, you have to apply it and submit your application on United website when the flight attendant opposition is opening.
Then, you will get an assessment, kinda like a personality test.
Second, you will be invited to a virtual interview. basically, you need to answer 8 questions and record your answers. You have 3 attempts to record it.
Completed the assessment and attended the optional Q&A teams meeting , I am now awaiting the virtual face to face . It’s been almost a month of waiting however in the Q&A meeting they mentioned that it can take some time possibly towards the end of summer .
