Entretien
Applied online in fall of 2011. Was contacted by email in March 2012 to say my application was being considered. Contacted again with another email that said I was invited to a group interview event in Houston, and that they would provide transportation. Had to call to confirm and have them schedule and send flight info.
"Group interview event" started early in the morning, with an orientation video, then several people being interviewed one-on-one in different cubicles at once. Those who passed the first interview were told to return later in the day for a second one-on-one interview.
Those who did not fare so well were told "we'll be in touch" and sent back to the airport to catch their flights home. I made it through to the second interview but no further. Those who made it through three (possibly more) interviews (I saw some people being walked into the office of the head of recruiting) were hired that day, pending a thorough background check.

Tell me about a time at a previous job when you encountered a safety issue? How did you deal with it, and what was the end result?

Entretien
First, you have to apply it and submit your application on United website when the flight attendant opposition is opening.
Then, you will get an assessment, kinda like a personality test.
Second, you will be invited to a virtual interview. basically, you need to answer 8 questions and record your answers. You have 3 attempts to record it.
Completed the assessment and attended the optional Q&A teams meeting , I am now awaiting the virtual face to face . It’s been almost a month of waiting however in the Q&A meeting they mentioned that it can take some time possibly towards the end of summer .
It started with the Assessment, followed by 8 video questions, and then the video interview. The in person final interview I am waiting for. They said I would know in 2-5 business days.
