Contacted by HR to set up an interview. Took a week to get it set up. First interview is the general "hey how are ya why this company" kind of stuff. Went well. Asked what the next step is and was told: Another one hour phone interview One hour Skype interview Mandatory in person interview (can last about 3-4 hours) Mentioned their HR process is "intense and a lot of people withdraw." I'm on the Skype portion now, not sure if I will continue on with the mandatory in person interview as I am 9 hours from their office.
