I Applied online, they called me for the First Phone interview, then Second Phone Interview, then I Came into the store and then Talked with store manager and hiring manager and met the assistant managers, gave me a tour and then I was hired for seasonal employment. Interview was not hard. Basic questions about the brand.

Why Under Armour? What do you like about Under Armour? What merchandise do you like the most?
The interview process was professional, welcoming, and well organised. It usually began with an initial phone screening to discuss my availability, previous retail experience, and interest in the role. This was followed by an in-person interview with the Store Manager, where we spoke about customer service, teamwork, sales targets, and handling different retail situations.
The interview focused on communication skills, problem solving, and providing excellent customer experiences. I was also asked behavioural questions about working in a fast-paced environment and achieving sales goals. Overall, the process was friendly, straightforward, and gave me a clear understanding of the company culture and expectations of the role.

super easy and quick- there was one interview where they asked basic questions like availability and previous work experience. One question was what's your favorite sports team. no need to stress and be personable and smiley and you'll be fine
