The interview was an online recorded interview. It was weird because it was not a skype interview, instead it would prep you with a question that you could read and think about for two minutes, and then get a minute to answer it. You could not pause or redo a question once you decided to answer it. This throws some people off (such as myself) because you are looking at yourself while you answer it.
