Calls with director and senior designer, had to do a design challenge which wasn't based on a hypothetical situation - it was actually what I would be doing if I worked there so they basically had me do work for free.

30 minute video-conference interview with Creative Director.
Director closed the interview claiming that I was "uniquely qualified" for the position then never bothered to respond to me when I sent a follow-up email a week later. Any company that "ghosts" me will receive a negative review on here - Fair warning.
