Entretien
I submitted my application online and received an email from Under Armour to take their video interview. I found the video interview very awkward due to the fact I do not like to facetime, snap chat etc. I submitted this interview about 2 months ago and never received a response back.
It was a 3 part process and pretty straightforward. First round was virtual one-way interview, then phone, and lastly physical interactive round with multiple candidates and interviewers. Last round was most intimidating.

Entretien
6 phone interviews. No in-person. Took quite a while waiting on the different team members to find the time in their day to schedule the conversations with you. Conversation was forward and transparent. But I did feel like they downplayed that this is a retail job. Not an "Brand Advocate" by any means. You are a retail vendor.
