Understanding the mission and culture is held I highest regard. They prefer candidates with athletic backgrounds. First round was standard resume and application submission. Second round was Hire Vue video interview with about seven questions all similar to those discussed in previous interviews and third round is in person interview.

It was very long. A lot of waiting to hear back after online interview. After about 1-2 months post interview they emailed me telling me I did not get the internship.

Online application. Web interview, around 6 question, last around 45 minutes. Most of them are common behavior question. Overall it was a great experience. It's been a while but I did not receive any response yet.
