Took place in the back room office. Pretty basic questions like “why do you want to work for Ulta” “Tell me about your work history” “greatest strength/weakness” “tell me about a time you resolved a conflict at work” just answer truthfully and be yourself

Entretien
The interviewer called to schedule an interview from the generated site application. She gave a few times to select to meet after pre-screening on the phone.
The interviewer asked the questions in a more creative way than the typical questions on the Ulta career site, which threw me off a bit, and I had to rethink my answers.
She asked about the shade of gloss I had on, and unfortunately, it wasn't one from Ulta, but rather a generic brand from a beauty supply shop.
The process varied from that on the Ulta career portal, but was interesting.
