The interview process had 3-steps with different managers. The store GM, a different store GM and the Area Manager. All of the questions had to do with getting to know you and asking about your experience. They also wanted to know what plans you had to improve the current operations process.

A three part interview process followed after an online application was submitted, reviewed, and accepted. First interview was in person with the GM of the store, second was with a GM from another store in a different district, and third was with the DM.
