Very basic. Applied online was contacted about 2-3 weeks later, scheduled an interview. Interview was very basic HR questions about customer service, strengths and weakness, shopping experiences etc. It was a bit obvious based on the interview that they were already going to hire the people they were interviewing anyway.

Straight-forward. One in person one on one interview with a manager. Short process and the manager was friendly. This was during the seasonal hiring time so I started working ASAP.
Scenario-based and behavioral questions. Many in relation to customers and management. I was asked a little bit about the public-facing descriptions in my resume; it was nothing too difficult. I felt confident that I got the job by the end.
