I was called soon after I submitted my online application to come in for an interview. I had one interview and they hired me on the spot. They didn't go over much of anything excluding the pay rate and dress code.

Straight-forward. One in person one on one interview with a manager. Short process and the manager was friendly. This was during the seasonal hiring time so I started working ASAP.
Scenario-based and behavioral questions. Many in relation to customers and management. I was asked a little bit about the public-facing descriptions in my resume; it was nothing too difficult. I felt confident that I got the job by the end.
