The interview process took a long time. I applied online and heard from them about two months later. I was called in for a group interview, but rescheduled it and got to do a one-on-one interview instead. The interview was very easy and quick, it only lasted about 15 minutes. I was asked a few simple questions and then hired on the spot.

Straight-forward. One in person one on one interview with a manager. Short process and the manager was friendly. This was during the seasonal hiring time so I started working ASAP.
Scenario-based and behavioral questions. Many in relation to customers and management. I was asked a little bit about the public-facing descriptions in my resume; it was nothing too difficult. I felt confident that I got the job by the end.
