Quick, easy, painless. They just want to make sure you look the part (hair/makeup: anything is appropriate as long as it isn't sloppy!) can put together a coherent sentence and be able to engage in conversation easily, just as you would with guests on the floor. No hard questions were asked whatsoever. Expect to give your availability and not be able to change that for quite some time - they are sticklers on this. If you *cannot* work a certain day/time, be sure to list that otherwise you will be scheduled.
