Entretien
I applied online. I received a call within a week and was able to schedule an interview for 2 days later. The interview was very easy and natural. The general manager was very polite, and professional. The questions were what I expected. Why do you want to work for Ulta? What would you bring to the Ulta team? Give an example of when you received outstanding customer service. Give an example where you demonstrated team work/ leadership. I wore black slacks, a black blouse, and a gold and teal statement necklace. I also wore a full face of make up, but kept it neutral and simple. The best advice I can give is be confident, honest, and enthusiastic. I received a call the same day with a job offer.

I found the most difficult questions was when the manager asked if I had any questions for her. I think it is important to plan on asking a question or two.

Entretien
Very thorough and brief. Ask about previous retail experience, cosmetics experience is a plus. I had my first initial interview and then was set up for a phone interview with the GM. Got back to me within less than three of the 1st interview.

Quick, comfortable. One on one with the hiring manager in his office. A bag check after was required since I took my purse into the back room. Very easy for me.

Entretien
I applied online . Was called 2 weeks later for a interview. I Was offered the job on the spot . Then the manager called me 3 weeks later with a schedule. Was very nice and professional. I had really good experience. (This was for a new Ulta that hadn't opens yet which is why it took longer )
