I submitted my application, and about 2-3 days later, I received a call to come in for an interview. I had a group interview (me and two others) with one manager. It was a very relaxed setting. I didn't feel intimidated interviewing with other people. In fact, some of their answers helped me better answer the questions. We were told we would be contacted when a decision was made. It was about 2-3 days that I received a phone call from one of the managers. She did a very short, second over-the-phone interview. At the end of those questions, she offered me the position. I tried to negotiate the highest rate I could, but it's still a little less than other retail stores.

Straight-forward. One in person one on one interview with a manager. Short process and the manager was friendly. This was during the seasonal hiring time so I started working ASAP.
Scenario-based and behavioral questions. Many in relation to customers and management. I was asked a little bit about the public-facing descriptions in my resume; it was nothing too difficult. I felt confident that I got the job by the end.
