I was contacted by an ULTA Recruiter contact via email from networking site. I had a 30 minute Phone interview reviewing my resume and basic coaching on the processes. I was scheduled a face to face with the District Manager. The interview lasted about an hour and a half.

Tell me why you would like to work for ULTA? How would you describe your leadership style? What are your personal strengths and weakness? What did you learn from your previous district manager?
Online & ghosted there’s a very quick start in the beginning but then after the first interview, I was completely ghosted and I emailed twice with zero communication back, the interviewer was very kind and polite, but the frustration was all through the lack of communication

Three interviews, with three different people. 1st with recruiter, 2nd with DM, final with Regional. Each interviewer has a different segment to ask so the same questions aren’t being asked.
