I applied online and 2 days later received a call to go in for an interview then after the interview she said shed give us a call by the end of the week to play with everyone who interviewed times and positions and see who would stay for the job

Straight-forward. One in person one on one interview with a manager. Short process and the manager was friendly. This was during the seasonal hiring time so I started working ASAP.
Scenario-based and behavioral questions. Many in relation to customers and management. I was asked a little bit about the public-facing descriptions in my resume; it was nothing too difficult. I felt confident that I got the job by the end.
