They put me in the back with another girl and were asking questions back and forth. The management were in and out of the backroom alternating people who were asking us the questions. Asked a lot of tedious questions I didn't think were so much compatible with the job.

Straight-forward. One in person one on one interview with a manager. Short process and the manager was friendly. This was during the seasonal hiring time so I started working ASAP.
Scenario-based and behavioral questions. Many in relation to customers and management. I was asked a little bit about the public-facing descriptions in my resume; it was nothing too difficult. I felt confident that I got the job by the end.
