The recruiter was rude, but made me feel like I had a chance. I went through 3 interviews that were back to back to back, taking up a huge part of my work day—just to be rejected. When I asked the recruiter for feedback on why I wasn’t selected, it was crickets. I followed up, and still crickets. If someone is willing to understand why they didn’t get a role and you wasted there time doing every single interview round, you absolutely owe them a response.

First of all, the recruiter was very rude and very late to schedule out interviews. I went through 5 weeks worth of interviews, and she would wait at least a week to schedule any out. If I had an issue and needed to reschedule since she waited so long, she had an attitude.
They make you do 5 interviews before the finale-which may or may not be the offer. They are super robotic and use the STAR method for every interview. I understand a few questions using the method is a great idea, but having 5 interviews of the same STAR method questions over and over is absurd and a waste of everyone’s time.
