I was enlisted and applied for a Navy ROTC scholarship. I was picked up and went to college on the Navy's dime. It's an even better deal now than it was when I went through.

Entretien
Interview with technical folks at Naval Reactors in Washington, DC after completing a rigorous screening process. At the completion of the technical interviews all officers are screened by the 4-star head of Naval Reactors. Some candidates may have additional interviews depending on the success of the first. Relatively high success rate due to elaborate screening process.
