Entretien
Recruiters will approach you in a public setting(mall, street fair) or at public high schools. There are also offices in which you can walk in. Before signing a contract they will make you take the ASVAB and take you line scores and see which jobs you qualify for. Urinalysis is the next step. After you make a few trips to the nearest MEPS(military entrance processing station) where you will be given your contract to sign and there they will also do medical testing (physical, eye sight hearing, urinalysis) after that you wait til your ship date to go to basic training (Recruit Training Command-Great Lakes, IL)

Question 1
Not many difficult questions. The hardest one is what type of job you want. You're stuck with that job for a while.

The interview process required to join the united states navy is a complex, complicated, and paper work filled haze. There is the ASVAB test, and quite a few other pre qualifications. See your local recruiter.
