I had two interviews- a general phone screening and an in-person interview. The questions were fairly standard on both interviews. During the in-person interview I had about 3-4 STAR based/behavioral questions (all of them were: "Tell me about a time when...") They also asked sub questions based on my answer; I suppose my answers were too vague although I thought I was pretty concise. The overall experience was pleasant; all interviewers were very cordial. I did not hear back from them until about 2 weeks later- to which I was not offered the position.

Tell me about a time when you had to negotiate a win-win situation. I couldn't think of a specific situation in a professional setting, so I stumbled on this question.

They ask all the basic questions. They just want to make sure you are confident in the position you are going into. Very easy and quick process which was rare

Entretien
The interview consisted of mostly a background check and a brief description of the role that I would be in. The role would be held in Rosemont IL. I really enjoyed the interview.
