      Entretien pour Territory Manager

J'ai postulé en ligne. Le processus a pris 3 jours. J'ai passé un entretien chez US Foods (Norwich, CT) en juin 2019

      Entretien

Was contacted on a Thursday by a random late afternoon/early evening call from an HR rep. We talked for about 25 min with several back and forth questions. I passed that step and was told Id receive an email confirmation for a live interview the following Tuesday. I never received and had to call, send pigeons and smoke signals to get a confirmation. The live interview was THE WORST Ive ever experienced. The VP was a complete jerk (on purpose... read on) and the HR rep was a complete giggling push over (prob on purpose). Every question was a a 3-5 word question with the VP looking through me as I answered and rebutted. Stone faced...no emotion...a total jerk. Towards the end he stated he's not this way normally and he was a jerk on purpose to see how I handled a "bad customer".... (is every US Food customer a bad customer?) Well a Bad Customer and being interviewed is two TOTALLY different scenarios. A Bad Customer can be asked if this is a bad time or do we need to reschedule? An Interviewer being a jerk on purpose is only getting the worse out of an interviewee and certainly has a zero out. Ive NEVER had this done to me and to be honest... Im glad It went the way it did as I would NOT want to work for a company or a person like this guy or the HR person sitting there allowing this activity and attitude to continue. Extremely POOR and BAD business practices.

Pre-screen, 2x corporate virtual interviews, 1x 2 hour in person interview. All of the virtual interviews were straight forward and followed a corporate template. The in person interview was much more robust and across the board. I was not followed up with despite being told I’d have an answer that same week.
