Entretien
Had 1 initial phone screening interview which was about 30 minutes. Interviewer asked me basic questions. Few days later they reached out to me for another phone interview with their team leader.
On the 2nd phone interview, i was interviewed by 2 people. One associate and one of their QA leads. I was very dissatisfied with their organization and their general interest in me. They were very impatient with the answers i gave and kept interrupting me every 30 seconds. Then they blamed me for having a weak phone signal but didnt acknowledge themselves for being at fault.
After this experience, i knew this place wouldnt be worth it. Save yourself the time and hassle, they obviously dont care.

Had a Recruiter screen and then a panel interview. Panel interview consisted of two back to back interviews with 3 people in each. Overall, the process was very straightforward and had no surprises.
Interview process was brief and to the point. Asked questions on schdule and avalibility. Intrest in job postion and why I would want to come in to work at the place they are hiring the postion for.

Why do you want to work with us here at our company?
Quite easy, come prepared and you should be fine. Be able to explain why you want to work there. Basic behavioral questions are asked. I did my first-ever interview there and did not feel overwhelmed.
