I talked to two people, one after the other, on-site in one day -- no preliminary phone interview. The first person just talked about the company and the position for 30-45 minutes and asked me maybe one question. The second person gave a little more information and asked only a few questions over a period of about 20 minutes, most of which probably consisted of me asking her questions. All in all, it didn't seem like they put much effort into evaluating my candidacy. I attempted to follow up with my HR contact about three weeks later but my phone call was never returned; I then received an e-mail perhaps *another* three weeks later telling me I didn't get the job.
In general, not a very professional process and I think this may have been a "token" interview.
